RETURN POLICY
 

We hope you are very happy with all of your Loggia purchases but should you not be completely satisfied, Loggia will accept returns for most items within 10 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase for store credit. Items must be in new, sellable condition and include tags and original packaging.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Special orders, trunk show purchases, jewelry, handbags, shoes, custom upholstery, floor model furniture, fabric swatches, fabric yardage, paint, paint samples and swatches, open wallpaper, wallpaper swatches, custom orders, or final sale items.

Return shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.

Please note that Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.

STORE CREDITS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

Store Credits and Gift Certificates are redeemable for one year from the date of issue, are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.  Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
